CIMAS General Director Transfer Ceremony

CIMAS General Director Transfer Ceremony

After nearly two years taking the role of CIMAS General Director (GD), Mr. Li, Ting-Kuo officially handed over this responsibility to his successor Mr. Lee, Ming-Shyan who is thoroughly selected by CTCI to lead CIMAS moving further steps of an EPC contractor.  The transfer ceremony was warmly taken place under the witness of all CIMAS BOM members, management team as well as CIMAS employees on Nov. 30th, 2012.

Under the skillful leadership that Mr. Li Ting Kuo exercised in his service term, CIMAS made a breakthrough to transform from a pure engineering company to an EPC contractor. It is recognized that Mr. Li Ting Kuo successfully explored the great power in the combination of the strong support from all shareholders, talent management of CIMAS leaders and the cooperative endeavor of all CIMAS employees. As a person of little words, this ex GD is famous for his effective leadership with his timely and prompt decisions. “Actions speak louder than words” – this saying absolutely fits this case. He is coming back to CTCI head quarter, which leaves great regrets to all CIMAS members who always respect his personality, working style and performance. In spite of no longer being CIMAS GD, he will continuously keep his eye on the development and movement of this company since CIMAS is a part of his life.

In the Transfer Ceremony, the company seal was formally delivered to CIMAS new GD – Mr. Lee Ming Shyan. The seal is small but carries with huge responsibility and numerous challenges. The ex GD laid the foundation of EPC contractor and the new GD’s mission is to lift this company to a higher level. There is no “rose” pavement and no achievement without efforts. But we strongly believe that the talent and experiences Mr. Lee Ming Shyan owns will enable him to drive this company forward on the right track. The road ahead is not so easy and no leader can succeed only based on his talent, therefore, all CIMAS members are expected to support him as much as possible to help him complete his responsibility in the time to come as the new GD shared in his inauguration speech.
